SHIPPING POLICY
General Shipping.
- We aim to ship all orders within 10 business days of purchase.
- Wholesale shipping is agreed in advance of orders being placed. Please contact us for wholesale order aoife@timelesscelebrationsireland.com
- Snaps are not permitted to be shipped overseas, so will be removed for all international orders.
International Shipping:
For deliveries outside Ireland, any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost."
EU Delivery Timeframe
For EU customers, orders will be delivered within 30 days of the order date unless an alternative delivery period has been agreed at the time of purchase. If we are unable to meet this timeframe, you will be notified promptly and may cancel your order for a full refund in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Shipping Prices
- Shipping within Ireland 10kg is Free of charge
- Orders less than €40 within Ireland - Shipping €7
- Shipping within Ireland above 10kg Must be agreed in advance.
- Shipping rates will vary per country and weight.
Additional Charges
- Additional Charges, Surcharges, Tax, Vat and Duty requirements on orders shipped outside the Republic of Ireland are the obligation of the customer.
- We accept no responsibility for packages damaged or lost during shipping. Customers must contact the shipping partner and quote reference number provided.
- We reserve the right to change our shipping policy at any time.
